I like to use vinyl noises to warm up some tracks from time to time. I always found the dusty and unpredictable sound fascinating, plus it feels like it gives the whole track a "soul". Over the years I realized it would be handy to have a collection of those sounds at hand, instead of browsing through hard drives or sampling the one with the right mood every single time I needed it, over and over again. That's how Vinyl Noise & Crackles Collection was born. I sampled a few old vinyls myself, but also asked friends to do the same with some of their favorites; the end result is a fine and versatile collection which will be of help to many producers, for years to come.
