Mideast percs dives into the cinematic realm of percussion and textures rom a variety of countries and cultures. While it sounds mystical and ethereal it also has some very hard hitting drums! Ocean drum, frame drums, bendir, tonbak, kanjira, doumbek, daf, riq, and moroccan bongos are just some the drums we performed and designed in these packs. We applied a slightly experimental touch to the more traditional rhythms you hear Be on the look out for more from Rhythm Science as we explore the sonic oceans of the world. All sounds you hear are acoustic, raw instruments that are played and mixed by a human being. These sounds speak for themselves!
