By downloading or using the Samples, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use or distribute any part of the Samples. 2. License Grant YZENIA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Samples solely for creating original musical compositions or audio-visual works (“New Recordings”). 3. Restrictions 3.1 Redistribution You may not resell, share, rent, upload, broadcast, or otherwise distribute the Samples—alone or as part of another sample pack—except when they are used within a New Recording. 3.2 Competitive Use You may not use or sublicense the Samples in any way that competes with YZENIA or her licensors, including creating or selling sample packs, presets, or libraries derived from these materials. 3.3 Sound Effects / Loops You may not use, resell, or redistribute the Samples as isolated loops, one-shots, stems, or sound effects—even if they’ve been altered or processed. 3.4 Preview Samples Samples marked as “preview” are for private auditioning only. They may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial work. 3.5 Name / Likeness / Credit You may not use YZENIA’s name, image, likeness, or brand in any way without written permission. This includes—but is not limited to—crediting her as a featured artist, collaborator, or producer, or using her photo or likeness in artwork, promotions, or marketing materials. 4. Ownership All Samples remain the sole property of YZENIA. This license gives you rights to use them in New Recordings, but does not transfer ownership of the original audio. 5. Termination If you violate any of these Terms, your license is automatically revoked, and you must immediately stop using and delete all copies of the Samples. 6.
