The TR-707 is an analog drum machine released by Roland in 1985. Over the years, the TR-707 has developed into a legendary drum machine, becoming a niche but cherished part of the Electro sound. The TR-707 has been loved by the likes of Autechre, Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, Plastikman, and Marshall Jefferson. Within this Pack, you’ll find an extensive selection of Loops, both Full & Top loops (Kick removed) from a variety of timbres - including clean, tape-driven, distorted, delay FX, and more, including experimental styles such as Bitcrushed and Karplused. You’ll also find accompanying MIDI loops for each beat, raw TR-707 samples for custom sequencing and mixing, and 2x TR-707 Ableton Drum racks with full Macro controls for extensive sound design and drum programming control. One Drum Rack focuses on the more classic, vintage sound, whilst the other explores new avenues of sound design, taking the TR-707 into a more modern, experimental framework.
